Clinic Administrator

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure professional and polite reception and service of patients in accordance with the clinic’s standards;
• Provide patients with information about the clinic and its services;
• Coordinate patient appointments: answering calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages;
• Ensure a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere in the clinic;
• Process payments and insurance claims;
• Prepare various documents and reports.

We Expect

• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• A polite, client-oriented approach;
• Strong computer skills, as well as the ability to work with office equipment and cash registers;
• Excellent Latvian language skills and good English language skills. Additional language knowledge will be considered an advantage;
• Ability to organise your work, work independently with accuracy, responsibility, and initiative;
• Previous experience in customer service in the medical field will be considered an advantage.
