*The results of any examinations, including X-rays, scans, photographs and other materials obtained at the clinic at a discounted price or free of charge as part of the offer, may only be used at the Dental Art clinic. If a patient wishes to receive them for use elsewhere, the full fee for the relevant service will apply.
