Attention! Discounts do not accumulate.

Any examination results (X-rays, scans, photographs, etc.) obtained at the clinic as part of a promotion, with a discount or free of charge, can only be used within the Dental Art clinic or issued to the patient by applying the full service fee.

Online Booking Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to services available through online booking. When accessing the online booking tool, you will see asterisks next to specific services, indicating applicable conditions:

*Important to Note:

• If the patient’s treatment costs are fully covered (100%) by the insurance provider, the prepayment will be refunded after the appointment.
• The prepayment is non-refundable if the patient fails to attend the appointment, is more than 5 minutes late, or cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• If the appointment is canceled on time (at least 24 hours in advance), the prepayment will be refunded upon the patient’s request, including a bank account number.
• Discounts cannot be combined.

**X-ray is not included in the consultation price.

The dentist will assess its necessity during the consultation. X-ray prices can be found in our price list.
